We want everyone who reaches out to Listsdramatic Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How your call or message to Listsdramatic Walk-In Tubs was handled
  • How we treated your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with acted

If the Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to talk to the provider first. Keep a written record as you go.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Listsdramatic Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@listsdramatic.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to contact you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include getting in touch with the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
